Daily Eats: What's Your Favorite Road Trip Snack?
I did a round trip from Phoenix to LA last week. 822 miles worth of driving in my cute sporty little sports car. This is a huge accomplishment for this former New Yorker turned Phoenician. I had many dear friends to visit in LA.While on the road I admit I am a caffeine-aholic food junkie! In my trusty Andy Warhol tote I packed 1lb.bag of M&M peanuts, Ghirardelli Chocolate Squares 60% coca dark chocolate, 2 liters of pure filtered water and 2 Red Bulls. I added Droste extra dark chocolate, which I picked up in West Hollywood at Vic's.
I munched while listening to Coldplay's: X&Y, A Rush of Blood to the Head, and Parachutes. Thanks to my dear friend, Jeffrey Kutler, I am a Coldplay junkie! They speak to me and love singing out loud in the car with them. In between Coldplay and M&M's I practiced my Spanish and Mandarin.

Hummus & pretzel rods. That is my fav & keeps you going for many miles.
I agree with the chocolate, you can never go wrong with the brown stuff.
