Today's Gabcast I talk about Dolce Dessert Wine. Made in 1997 from Napa Valley, a late harvest wine. The label design is by Tom Rodrigues. This is a wonderful, sweet, nutting and smokey tasting dessert wine. The after taste is a little grassy. We paired this dessert wine with Lincolnshire Poacher cheese from Neal's Yard, which is a hard salty cheese. For a full review read: Vinography. I purchased this wine in 2000 for $79 from AJ's in Chandler, AZ.
Sockeye Salmon! my new fish love. This salmon is amazingly delicious. We grilled it to perfection.
Gimmy Gum is real natural gum with a nice peppermint flavor. I'm allergic to gum that is manufactured today. It was a real treat to try Gimmy Gum.
