
The Service was very good, as Tery and I had the Pre–fixe dinner special- Wild Alaskian Grilled Salmon (see picture above). It was prepared in a soy-marinade, served over a roasted bellpepper, with cous–cous, and a fresh yogurt and chive sauce. I must say this was an excellent choice. Prior to my main dish arriving, I had a cauliflower puree, which also delicious!
Next, came time for desert. Two wonderful treats were presented. First, came the Smorgas Chef waffles with a special sauce. The waffles were very tasty, as I would definitely recommend them. Tery also received a special chocolate moose with a small amount of sliced strawberries on top.
Overall, we had a great dining experience, as I would give Smorgas Chef in Midtown three chef’s hats out of four.
