Puratos - Beautiful Cake Mona Lisa

Sympony Pastries Strawberry Mouse Life in Provence

Bioron - Frozen Fruit Purees

Christian Clerc had me sample the Champaign, which was smoother than a truffle, soft. Noble comes in a variety of favors. Look how pretty they sit on the plate.

Bel Normande French non-alcoholic sparkling fruit juice wasn’t overly sweet.

Valrhona – a favorite chocolate. Valrhona created a new branding of organic chocolate. Nice packaging.

French Gourmet – Laurent Baillon – Delicious pain de chocolat. I appreciate Laurent introducing me to other folks at the Food Show.

Nielsen Massey Vanillas – Beth Bitzegaio. The vanilla scent from Massey is wonderful.

LeCoq – The chocolate croissants were very special. No skimping on the chocolate.

Life in Provence Assorted chocolate truffles. I tried the Dark Chocolate Earl Gray Tea, and the Dark Chocolate with Coconut. Lovely!

Symphony Pastries -Look at this beautiful presentation. I sampled the raspberry mouse. It was heavenly.

Choco-Lina – Chocolate made from Sheep’s milk. This has an interesting flavor it’s not a cow’s milk flavor which is a little stronger but nice.
