Great Hot Dog Debate: Swanky Franks
There is a debate going on on Daily Eats about favorite hot dogs. The other morning I was going through CT and stopped at Swanky Franks. Here’s what I think about Swanky Franks.

Are you a fan of Cheesey dishes? S’Mac’s for you
Ok I’m packing, no I’m not leaving NYC I’m just moving west. There hasn’t been a lot of time for me to room NYC doing videos for Daily Eats. For mealtime I’ve been relaying on delivery.com and discovered S’Mac – oh yeah. The first time I ordered from S’Mac I had the the Goat cheese, spinach, kalamata olives and roasted garlic with whole grain pasta. Oh yummy cheesey heaven! The spinach balance the saltness from the olives and goat cheese and roasted garlic made it sweeter. The mixed green salad was as fresh as fresh picked. Lots of shedded carrots on top. Choice of Ken’s Dressings. I thought I would only eat half and save the other half but I was hungry.
I ordered again the other day, and ordered the Cheeseburger, mixed Cheddar and American cheese, ground beef, onions and garlic with whole grain pasta. Heavenly! Though I would have increased the ground beef and decreased the amount of cheese, but I guess this defeats the notion of Mac and Cheese. Ordered the mongo size so I got four meals out of it.
BTW they give you a size choice: nosh, major munch, mongo
Cool simple speciality concept food! and very tasty! Brilliant!

Tery’s Chicken Broccoli Cashews Onion Garlic
Dinner What to do with chicken, broccoli, cashew, onions, garlic? Dice the chicken, chop the broccoli, slice the onions, and crush the garlic. Put it in a pan with some olive oil, chili oil, lite soy sauce. Stir fry and eat. Add one cup of brown rice.

My mother has made so many wonderful contributions to my life. I am happy and grateful to have a mom as wonderful, beautiful, and smart as my mother.
